Carbon Guru for Low Carbon Buildings is a robust and unique set of tools which leverages Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques.

The software solution can be used to carry out an energy performance analysis of a building and generate a carbon and energy asset rating. There are four modules to the software:

How does it work?

1. You provide us your building drawings (floor plans & elevations) which are deposited in GWorkspace.

2. We create 3D Models of your buildings using G-modeller for Energy Analysis and render them with appropriate colour codes for building material type, window glass, doors etc.

3. Site visit and assessment is carried out by a Carbon Masters accredited energy assessor.

4. Model and energy audit data fed into the G-Energy analysis engine to run option analyses for the buildings and produce formal EPCs if required.

5. Results are displayed in the dashboard and a comprehensive recommendation report will be produced and presented to the client highlighting key findings.
